● In order to be eligible for benefitting from discount campaign, you have to sign up at BtcTurk via btcturk.com, pro.btcturk.com, BtcTurk or BtcTurk | PRO mobile application and have to verify your e-mail account and have an active account and have to trade at either one of the transaction pairs such as Cryptocurrency/Turkish Lira and Cryptocurrency/Cryptocurrency at pro.btcturk.com or BtcTurk | PRO mobile application from 06:00PM (UTC) hrs on December 31st, 2020 to 03:00AM (UTC) hrs on January 1st, 2021. Accounts that are frozen/closed or blocked/with encumbrances on the campaign date and users who are subject to administrative and/or legal proceedings may not benefit from the campaign.
● 100% commission discount (“commission discount”) will be offered to BtcTurk users adhering to above campaign terms during the aforesaid time range for all Cryptocurrency/Turkish Lira and Cryptocurrency/Cryptocurrency buy-sell transactions to be performed at BtcTurk | PRO website (pro.btcturk.com) and BtcTurk | PRO mobile application. The campaign will end upon expiration of the said time range and users will continue to perform their transactions at normal commission rates specified in the website and mobile application.
● In the event that user orders are entered under terms and conditions of this campaign, the user will be eligible for the 100% commission discount in case of orders executed after expiry of such time even if the campaign time expires.
● This campaign solely covers BtcTurk | PRO website (pro.btcturk.com) and BtcTurk | PRO mobile application. It does not cover other products and services offered by BtcTurk.
● The user is deemed to have used the commission discount upon giving the buy-sell order and the discount offered is deducted from the total commission so calculated. In the event that buy-sell order given by the user is cancelled after validity date of the discount, the user is not entitled to benefit from the commission discount. In the event that the new order to be entered after orders cancelled is within the campaign period, the commission discount of the campaign is applied to the user’s new order so given under terms and conditions of this campaign.
● This campaign is open for BtcTurk | PRO users who have turned 18.
● Only users who have individual accounts can benefit from this campaign, and corporate accounts or corporate account officials will not be able to benefit form the campaign even if they become entitled.
● This campaign may not be combined with other campaigns, rights of commission discount may not be converted into cash, the balance may not be traded, transferred, assigned, may not be used as deposit or payment to any account, and no change may be demanded.
● This is a personal campaign, it may not be combined with other campaigns and it is not possible to transfer and/or transfer the balance to someone else.
● Eliptik Yazılım ve Ticaret A.Ş. (“BtcTurk” or the “Company”) reserves the right to end the campaign at any time as they deem fit and/or change the terms and/or terminate the campaign. The user is required to follow these announced changes and updates. The unchanged provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Campaign will remain in effect and continue to give rise to legal consequences thereof.
● Situations beyond the control of the parties such as natural disasters, war, civil war, mobilization, fire, explosion, insurrection, terror, cyber attacks, prolonged and general power outages, legislative changes that cannot be foreseen by BtcTurk at the time of drawing up these Terms and Conditions of Campaign which partially or completely hinder the fulfillment of obligations arising from these terms and conditions are considered force majeure events. In all cases listed in this clause and also deemed force majeure by law even though not listed herein, BtcTurk shall not be liable for its delayed or missing fulfillment of any of its acts determined by these Terms or Conditions of Campaign or for its failure to fulfill such acts. No situation will be deemed as delay, incomplete performance or non-performance or default in cases of force majeure, and no compensation under any title shall be claimed from BtcTurk by the user in these regards.
● Abuse of the terms and conditions of the campaign or trading is prohibited. If such a situation is noticed, the relevant discount may be cancelled.

● Istanbul Central Courts and Execution Offices have the jurisdiction on resolution of disputes regarding these Terms and Conditions of Campaign.
● Everyone participating in this contest shall be deemed to have accepted the above terms and conditions.
